I thought you would would like to know that Toni and Paul received their CCAA envelope with the information about their daughter Chelsea today. I am so excited for them and send my love and CONGRATULATIONS to them. GONG XI GONG XI!!!! Here is their letter......
We just received these photos of our little girl this morning.
Lan Hai Qing, DOB 18.10.06 from Lanzhou in Gansu province.
We hope to pick her up in the next few weeks!
We're all very excited and can't wait to hold her in our arms!

After I talked to Toni this afternoon she told me that Lanzhou is the origin of their favorite noodle shop. When I was there we went to this restaurant and we all loved their Lanzhou fried rice. Small indications of what was to come. Gansu Province has a large Muslim population in the northern part of China. It gets REALLY cold in the winter. When I looked at Chelsea's picture I thought she looked a lot like Jackson. Toni told me they have the same birthday!! Interesting is it not? The one great advantage about being in China when you adopt is that you only wait a few weeks before the gotcha date, which I think is so wonderful. Not months on end.
